Missing and 3 codes?

Missing and 3 codes?
This is new to me!!
i had a code pop up yesterday when I went to start my truck in minus 22 cel. Yesterday!
P0304. Telling me I have intermittent power source going to ECM! After driving it around town for about 20 Minutes got back home stoped it and then fired it up again and the engine light went out for about 30 seconds and came back on with more codes!
P2549, P2509, P0513.
So today I checked all wiring and connections and all seems fine but it has a misfire at low idle! Once it jumps into high idle it is fine! Any suggestions
I'm thinking ECM!!
