I have A 04.5 Ram and have A problem with my passenger side mirror (only the glass part) vibrating constantly while I'm traveling down the road like there is something loose or broke inside the housing. Can anyone tell me how to disassemble the mirror to repair it or will I have to replace the whole thing. I took it to the dealer with my 70,000 mile extended warranty but they said it did'nt cover trim and the mirror was considered trim.

 

I had a 04 that did it new and I have a 06 that does it!
Want to fix it? Replace that pos Dodge with a new Ford! (just keep your Cummins)

 

replace with a ford? you know how many fords I have seen with the mirror totally missing? way too many to count. Just replace the mirror and pay for it if it bothers you that much. If it cost too much stick something around the edge to keep it still.

 

I had the same problem with my 03 and it was a warranty fix at the dealers.
