Does anyone make a fooler to prevent a overboost code for guys running just a downloader and big turbo?

I think I saw a boost fooler only for that situation, but I cant find anything on it now. I have an II SPS 66 turbo and wanted to try the BD Triple Dog Crazy Larry, I had to leave my Juice on just for boost fooling. I guess that most that have turbo upgrade(s) have a box of somekind that provides boost fooling.

I want a box to eliminate Torque Management system for 04.5 600, but that doesnt exist yet either.

 

Superduty, the downloader is a 50/100/150 h.p. that apparently was a limited production thing.It does timing ,pressure and recently I was told pulse width but not sure on that one.Ramwheels ,I am not sure on a 2004.5 but there is no tq managment on a 2005.
