To get the benefit of the 4" down pipe you probably need to replace the elbow on the turbo. Stock elbow on 2003 is 3.5". In 2004.5 when they changed the turbo they went to a 4" elbow and downpipe.

See if you can find someone running an aftermarket turbo and doesn't need their 2004.5+ elbow and down pipe. Better yet, get the turbo too
