So far the changes as follows:
F1 (Don M) Helix 2 Camshaft w/bolt on gear.
F1 Prosportsman valve springs.
Floor It Diesel Stage 2 Cp3 Pump.
ATS Diesel Aurora 5k Turbo Charger.
ARP Head Studs.
Valve lapping job.
Banks Intercooler system.
New front Freeze plug.
90HP DDP Injectors.
So far I only have about 20 miles on the truck with the mods and I am babying it. But the sound has changed and I can tell that its MEAN!!
Tomorrow I plan to retorque the studs to 122 ft lbs again.
I probably have a weeks worth of labor hours in this also! I am tired!!
I hope it holds together too!!
This was my first cam change in a truck. My last cam change was done by a friend.
This time due to other mods going on I did it myself. Cam change is pretty easy but the tappet change I did was a little tricky but it I got it done
Really its all pretty simple work just takes a BUNCH of time.

Needed something bigger for pulling season. I also have a friend who is an ATS dealer.
I thought I was done but I discovered a leak from my lower radiator hose!!
Must have done that when I took it off.

They are all bottom tapped even the exhaust track with the longer studs.
I have some tapped so deep that I can actually lower than the stud nut with the stud
I backed each one out to where I though the nut would get the optimum engagement.
