Thanks OmahaRam, I appreciate the reply.
I spoke with Dave yesterday and he was more than aware of the 2-3-2 shifting issue ans explained to me what the reason behind is. On thing he suggested was to take out any slack in the TV cable after I install the VB. I'll give it a try and see where that gets me.

transgo shift kit has a gold thick washer to put in the valve body to address the shuttle shift, mine doesn't do it so I didn't install the washer so can't speak to its effectiveness.
