Cant build boost without fuel.. Could be the week stocker LP not sending enough fuel.. Did you pull the intake horn and check the grid heater for turbo debree when see blew?

After you get your fuel system figured out pressure test the system for boost leaks and make sure you get some soapy water. Spray the back of the compressor housing of your turbo and see what happens. Im having a similiar issue with the same turbo. I found a huge leak there.
