sold my bully dog tripple dog. i loaded my truck back to stock. now the guy says it is vin locked. what do i do? i need some help. i dont have the truck any more either.

 

when you had the TD did you use it to change your tire size? if you did, you need to program the tire size back to stock- it does not do it automatically when you download the stock settings back to your truck.

returning the tire size to stock on the original truck that it was installed on is the only way i know to fix it. i'd try calling BD and see what they have to say.

They should be able to return it to Bully Dog, not BD sorry couldnt resist, and usually for a fee they will reprogram it for them.

 

Call Bullydog they can reset it over the phone in less than 5 minutes, I bought a used triple dog off ebay and the previous owner didnt return it to stock and I called and they walked me through reseting it. If they tell you that you have to send it in and pay to reset it hang up and try agian some of them want your money more than they want to help you.

chase at bully dog knows what he is doing. if you have any problems ask for him. he got the right code and it is unlocked and installed in another truck. just wanted to pass that there is a few diff codes that they use to unlock these.
