Lazarsmith intake horn

The intake horn is on! Thanks TCR (Tom) and XLR8R (Mike)!

Only ran into one snag trying to get the boost tube to line up with the mouth of the horn. Tight but it's on there. May end up buying a 6" coupler just to be on the safe side.

Would post a pic but the digital camera is broken. Another Christmas present to buy. Oh darn......

Just make sure you make $249,999.99 or less combined You would not want to be "rich"

don't worry the boom will lower soon once they decide its time to visit that issue they'll bring up all the comitments they made (congress that is who vote on it) the bailout for the auto industry (ahm union pocket lining) etc and then you'll be lucky if under $50k qualifies as special. so much for all men created equal and taxed equal

love the intake horn, i'll have to getr one for the wifes truck in april

Forgot to mention the Lazarsmith made a nice little gain in the low to midrange. Much smoother response. Hard to believe the stock intake horn is that restrictive in low boost conditions.

What does that have to do with Obama? JK, sorry to have made a comment that de-railed your thread!

Y'all had to ruin a perfectly good thread by mentioning Obama.

That is the nicest looking intake yet! Where can we get one! I can't build one, but I have some duckets saved up for one!

The Lazarsmith intake is built by DTR member XLR8R.

So after a year, are you still liking this? Currently researching my airflow options. Definitely a VERY good looking intake manifold. By the way, do you still have your heater grid in place? (just curious)
