Keep blowing thermocuplers?

This will be the 3rd time Ive had to replace the thermocupler that goes between the turbo and intercooler. When I got my HTT installed the stock tube blew rather quickly. Then I replaced it with a 70-100psi or something tube from one of the diesel performance shops I read about on this site. The second tube was an aftermarket one that finally blew when I Stacked the Smarty on 4.2 lvl 5 w/ my Quad X2 (stack program) on lvl 5 as well. When I removed the 2nd tube I noticed a small white spot on the top, and some fraying on the underside where the tube is really close if not touching the nearest shock mount. Now I've installed the third one and all was good and golden until I put the programming to kill again. YEP, it immediately blew and now I have a small boost leak again. It worked for about an hour until I couldnt take it and hit the go pedal with everything turned up. What gives? Does anyone else blow these things regularly? Could it be that the way my HTT is mounted its rubbing holes in the tube, or am I programmed up too much or something?

Where is everyone else buying single turbo to intercooler hoses? I know BD sells them, but I dont need the entire kit. I got my 2 from Pure Diesel Power. I guess I need a really really tough one!

Thanks in advance.

If it is rubbing then turn your turbo housing just a bit so a clears better. I think I had to turn or "clock" mine just a bit.
