Yes, I know,Have not even had my new baby one month yet, and already made a trip to the muffler shop. Really, I just went to get some information, but the owner "talked" me into making some modifications to my 06 ctd. He recommended a Magnaflow system with a sweet looking Magnaflow chrome tip. He advised that the Magnaflow systems seem to work better with the diesel setups then the Flowmasters. (they sold both) He showed me the me Magnaflow on his 05 Duramax and it sounded pretty stout.
My question is, with a diesel , will I see any performance gain at all, any mileage increase. I do like the way it sounds now. I love the website. I am glad to be here. And I appreciate any information you guys could give me. Thanks again. J.R.

 

ok so you cut the muffler. you just cant tell any difference w/o it anyways!
