Interior lights and washer fluid pump?

Interior lights and washer fluid pump?
My boss drives an 06' mega cab and for a while now his washer fluid does not dispense and you cannot turn on the interior lights by pushing the actual light on. However, they do turn on at the switch and when you open the doors. Any ideas on how to fix this?
