I've seen the HTT intercooler. That thing is hella stout, you can kneel on it when you're working in the engine bay.

Which Intercooler

Check out Cooltwist by City Diesel. They have the highest PSI rating and I believe a two year warranty against anything,... that's what it was when I got mine anyway. Their price was reasonable too. Check it out.

I recently installed the HTT on mine. It really is a stout piece, easy to install and the price was right. Performance wise I can tell my turbo spools faster and my overall EGT's have substantially reduced.

Looked at em all before I bought... No one really has any empirical data on "what's best". Spearco is too hard to install... BD and HTT has best combo of performance and fit... I went HTT and am very happy with it... and looks like OT-OF-Here's in the grill too...
