intake grid heaters

Has anyone running the diablosport downloader experienced their grid heaters not cycling after programming? It was 40 deg here this morning and grid heaters never cycled. Before the download they did.

How Can You Tell If The Grid Heater Is Cycleing?

You should be able to hear them if you listen close,, and your truck wont start easily if they arent working
