installing FASS

Bought a FASS off of a buddy of mine, and was wondering how hard it would be to install. Not sure if i have all the parts. Any help or tricks would be greatly appretiated. Thanks Judd

Not hard at all.
You just need a drill to mount to the frame. Also hand tools, teflon tape etc.

Let us know if you have more specific questions.

Be very careful with the teflon tape and not wrap it over the end of the threads. Leave 2-3 threads (starting end) bare. Shreads of teflon tape have been the ruin of many a motor, pump, and has even caused airplane to crash. I use only teflon paste now.

has anyone had trouble with dealers because of have the FASS or should i now consider myself my own warranty station?

Probably your own warrenty. If you know the dealer well, and the service dept, talk to them about it. It's worth a try............
