cousin has an 2004 dodge diesel 4x4, had bully dog power pup, un-installed
programmer and installed juice. Is there any possible way to switch the connectors when installing the juice?? After it was installed the truck would hit 40psi boost and it didnt change in any of the program settings, same result with all??...it hits the 40 psi boost real easy too...you cant even mash the throttle...anyone have any ideas??

 

Could his be a 2004.5? If so it is the 325/600. Mine does the same thing. Unhook the Edge and it runs 28-30, hook it up it will hit 42#. I called Edge about it and they said there was nothing you could do. I set my defuel at 35 but that didn't help. I even got mechanical guages to double check and it shows 42 as well. I just watch my guage and try not to exceed 36-38 and I let the boost die down to about 32-35 before I shift. Bad thing is I can't use the power hard or the boost jumps up quick.
