injectors

What can yall tell me about Scheid diesel injectors. I found a set of 150 Hp EDM 5 hole 14 thousands injectors. I do not know much about them, or injectors at all really. How will these work with the power pup, or which box will they go best with. Also, i have to have a set of stock injectors to send back and i would like to keep mine, so if anybody has any they want to get rid of please let me know. thanks

never heard of them but they are probably pretty good, how much HP. do they make?
Good luck finding anyone with a spare set of injectors though, noone sells complete high po injectors, they just sell tips for the factory ones.(or you send yours in and they modify them)

Most of the time you send yours in and there is a three day turnover on them. using overnite shipping. A set of injectors are worth about $2000 new $3000 so I don't think you will have any luck finding some.
and to make that much fuel work your going to need a large turbo.
I'm in process of changing mine now! I need more air as egt's went up 200 degrees

Those sticks will make power. However they will make A LOT of heat also. Along with a lot of smoke, which can be nice.

So the question is how will they work with a stock turbo. I ran 4 hole 10 thousands in my truck and they ran pretty or very hot with the power pup and ramifier stack with a big single. I would start with something a lot smaller unless you are going with twins.

Good Luck, you will probaly regret it if you drive it everyday. I did and I know three others that went back to stock or smaller extrude sticks. All are running big singles and 4 hole 10 thou or 4 hole 12 thou sticks.

Wise choice. There is probably a reason they are "getting rid of them".

How can you even run the fuel you have now witout a turbo?

Crazy Larry by itself can make high 400's.

Well, i have only put on the crazy larry once the day i got it, and i knew i couldnt run it to long for pressure reasons. the only reason i got it is because bully dog upgraded it from the standard version for free. I also have another standard version that i run mostly on the 130 for fuel mialage. I havent go into the fuel systems much, but do i need to get an upgraded fuel system for the crazy lary. I figured that the turbo would be the limiting factor
