I've seen 180hp injectors well into the high 700's, But it will be very smokey no matter what air you are pushin. But heck I think its cool to be hazing at an idle

DDP comp 120s are driveable and lenny will be testing them in his setup very soon and posting us some results. II also has a few options to consider.

Flux 3s or a variation such as 3.3s would be a good option.

Flux 3.3's in Tims truck made 824 on Diesel Only. With 4.2's it made 875. This is using a moderate sized set of turbos. A HTT 64 on top and a HTT480 ( an s400 variant ) on the bottom. The turbos spool well. EGT is very under control. Smoke is acceptable as well. He gets over 18 MPG!

Hey Man! Waasssup? Im just getting caught up from back to back weekends of being gone. I swear everytime I step out, I get behind.

Low to mid 700's on a large single seems to be where most guys are ending up currently. Tim Barbers friend ( his name is Tim also ) made 707 at fall brawl with 3.5's and a large single. He will have more than that soon enough.

With your big truck ( mega ) and wanting to drag race, I highly recommend a set of twins. Any thoughts on that?

Do you have a dyno graph ( with RPM ) you can send over to me? I want to see where your power is being made.

You've been a hard to get a hold of busy man lately ! Guess you can't complain about that.

Twins aren't out of the question but, I've read that 800hp could be made on a 66 no problem. How the EGT's are with that.. I don't know. From reading around the net, it seems many are happier with a single than twins. Apparently getting them dialed in can be a real pain. I have Nathan's number real handy

I'll see what I have I can send you. I may be going to Garmon's hootenany this weekend and should be able to get a decent graph from Dave.

For the work done to my truck, it's pretty sad the highest hp I've gotten on a dyno so far is 592hp. Seems to me 800 would be easily obtained !

Yeah I though it was a lot too.... maybe a I wasn't figuring in the Nitrous. II claims their 66 is good for 800hp though.

Email on the way..

Your 64 is WAYYYYYYYYY to small for more than 600 hp.

I suppose it "could" make 800 one day, but even larger singles than that are not doing it yet. Dont get me wrong, that is a nice turbo, but 800 is about 100 HP high.

I have seen some correction factor runs around 800 HP on that turbo, but the CF was over 20%. So around 640 would be uncorrected.
