Injector down- Time for upgrades

OK guys I have an 03 with 270k on the clock and finally lost an injector so time for upgrades. Just looking for suggestions to my list. This truck is used to tow heavy all summer in the hay fields. I need to keep EGT's in check but do not want to go to twins. Any ideas appreciated.

Current mods
TS Performance Ramifier
AFE intake
4" exhaust
Boost and EGT gauges
Fresh NV5600 from Blumenthal's
South Bend DD3250

Mods to add
Fass or Air Dog
Industrial Injection 33% CP3
Industrial Injection 100hp injectors
ARP studs
New head gasket (just in case)
Cam, Springs, and lifters
Garrett Powermax Stage 2 or 3 depending on recommendation
Exhaust manifold if needed

If your looking to tow heavy and are worried about EGT's I probably wouldn't be adding all that extra fuel that you are. I added 50HP injectors just because they were cheaper and have battled EGT's issues since. Bought the Smarty Jr. to help with those (which it did) and now might need a new turbo. I would stay with stock injectors or small ones at best and a good tuner. That should pull fine for you (I a pull 12,000lb 5th wheel) and keep some money in the bank as well

I am not worried about egt's I just want to keep them in check without twins if possible. I did have a Bully Dog power pup stacked with my TS Performance box so I know plenty about managing egt's with the pedal and gears. Now that this is not a full time work truck it is time to have a little fun. We tow trailers around 30000 pounds loaded with hay.

I agree that it should be a good fit. 50-60 hp injectors are what get the best reviews for towing, 90-100 is too big.

Got the Smarty from here. The turbo from Tom at Turbo resource. The injectors from TC Diesel. Now if they will just hurry up and get here. Hope to install not this weekend but next weekend.

Here is one of our smaller loads on my 2011. 23 bales. Some of these are only 4 x 4.5 or so instead of 4 x 5.5 so that makes them quite a bit lighter. The big ones can easily weigh in at a 1000lbs each depending on type of grass and how dry they are.

Turbo and Smarty are here so far. Still waiting on injectors. I am new to Smarty. Does anyone have any ballpark settings for it.
Smarty S Pod
Garrett Stg 2
60hp II injectors

I have a SB DD clutch so I think I have that covered.

For towing SW3 TM3 TQ2 RP1

For play SW5, rest the same.

You will just have to see where you sit for EGT's and what your comfortable with.
