Mine smokes a decent amount on Extreme, even if I'm not getting on it but if I lug it a bit.
I know when you buy the combo, the Predator has extra programs just for stacking it with the Puck. It removes any pressure that it would be giving on the regular programs. So, I don't think you can stack them unless you have the Stacker programs. I'm not sure though...
Mine takes between 10-15 minutes to download.
They have a new upgrade you can download for the 7131 model (06-07) where you can enable high idle, adjust programs on the fly, and also download a free trial to a friend's truck for 5 hours. Pretty cool to say the least!! I'm not sure if the high idle option will work on the 6-speeds though. I have asked them and am waiting on a reply...

 

And as far as a boost fooler is concerned, I put mine on first and the puck plugged into it and I can't get more than 31psi out of this HTB2. I'm gonna swap the plugs around and see if that changes. I keep getting conflicting reports of which goes first and the Diablosport guys aren't sure either. It may just be my truck though as I have had issues with getting boost out of this turbo since I put it on the 07 truck. The most I've seen is 35psi on this truck with the Quadzilla Race box on high. I had a TST/MP8 on it when I first got it but can't remember how high the boost got then. Man! It sucks when your mind starts going.......

Diablo told me they do T&D but pressure is like a byproduct, for lack of a better word. I don't know if that means the ecm adds P when it see T&D or if pressure is somehow unavoidable or if they add P intentionally or what. I've read everything I can find about Diablo and have yet to find a concrete answer. Some guys run the regular Pred tunes with the Puck but the "Stack" tunes in the Pred are supposed to be run if you stack the Puck. The stack tunes are modified to be safer with the stack. I choose to stick with the aftermarket mfgr recommendations and hope I'm never on here asking why I trashed my fuel system, like it's supossed to take all the careless abuse I can do to it . My 7130 Pred (03-04.4) has Tow stack and Extreme stack tunes but Diablo said they now have a Perf stack tune that I can download. Craig

 

I clamped my wastegate hose shut today and got almost 40psi on a hard pull. It was still rising when I let off too. I guess my wastegate is stuck open.......
BTW, My truck runs the same with the fooler first or with the Puck first...

 

With the mods listed in sig, and only running the Diablo in Extreme. She layed down 478hp/1011tq.

 

guys say they run good. those dyno numbers are just as strong as a smarty. the local shop said they put the stack tune on an 05 and it runs really well they say. I have thought of trying it.

 

Predator/Puc stack got Torque=837.7 @ Max Power=422.1
The Predator Extreme was Torque=864.5 @ Max Power=430.5. All on my 03 HO.

 

Wonder why you put down more with just the Extreme tune with out the puck? I can feel that my truck pull more with the puck on 90hp but I have never been on a dyno yet.. Thanks for the #'s at least I know about where I'm at.
