I'm Back...Smarty POD Rocks!

Truck is back together...pics to follow soon.

Had a few wastegate issues resolved by HTT, polished up the top turbo, added 5 fittings to my air plumbing (for future and recoated everything.

Opie's bypass is half on since my new radiator pipe is still not finished...

Rolled the same dyno numbers as Bully Dog Days of Summer...but seconds later drove home in a well mannered 350 hp smoke free truck.

Thanks POD!

My truck with the injectors alone (and the MP-8 at 5%) made close to 450 hp...so it is wild to imagine the Smarty can reduce it far less than that. I put 100 miles at even lower settings...33% but the tranny is a little confused and shifts hard.

So 50% power is the ticket when I don't need it.

That being said...I am tired of my current wall...and plan to just smash it.

Head comes off for 625's and orings, injectors going back to Don to grow up a little, and MPI and I have a few tricks up our sleeves.

The stainless housing turns into a Golden Nugget in a few hours...at leats the way I drive.

I think I am giving up on the Raptor 150. It does not move enough fuel for me. Fine at 750...but more than that is trouble.

Mitusa is a coming!

Thanks Bob and Marco for a wonderful product. POD rocks!

looks like a good rebound build up for more power! i dont think u have to pull the head for 625s. May be wrong though.

Hey Christian!

What kind of fuel economy are you getting dialed back to the 350 hp mark? Are you currently running flux 3.3s?

Yes...3.3's

I think I went from around 14-15 mpg to 16-17 for my 70 miles commute.
Time will show better...I can tell. I had way to much hotrodding last tank.

I don't have a good highway number yet...I drove 95 to go duck hunting and back to make the dyno on Sunday...not very realistic

Let's see... on the turbos... puttin' in that 71 wheel on top? Or maybe even a 74? On the bottom, puttin' in a s488? That together is enough air to get you over 900 on fuel alone.

You would have had to drive another 3 hours almost...fine with me...but I didn't think you wanted to! lol

Stick size...I have ideas but not sure yet. My main goal will stay the same...DRIVIBILITY! Now with the POD...I can go a bunch bigger and still tow.
