Results!!!

WOW! I uploaded #7 (since it pouring here) and turned the TST to 1/2 (mainly because I forgot to turn TQ to 0) and WOAH! Talk about spool, smoke, and pull!

I would say from SOTP reaction that the Smarty on 7 is more powerful than the TST was on 7/4. I cannot wait till my MP-8 is hooked up properly and my TST is dialed in for maximum benefit. Someone cut me off today so I pulled in front, slowed down, and then floored it in 6th gear from about 40 for MAXIMUM smoke and I couldn't even see the car behind me! What a product!! I have to go and tinker with the other features now!

DWiggs,

The tst's power setting has to be on 2 or higher before the tq setting will kick in.

So say if you had it on 1x9, It wouldn't matter.

That I knew. I was giving HP first and TQ second so it was a 1 HP and 2 TQ setting.

I got mine Wednesday night and loaded #5. Drove around a little bit but could find a red light. Next day I drove it to work. Driving across Phoenix and the milage computer started ticking UP. I am thinking that Smarty is messing with the computer. Thursday night I filled up and calulated my milage. It was the second highest that I have ever gotten. Thursday am the computer was at 18.9. By evening when I filled up I was at 19.3. Hand calculated I got 18.8746.

I have tried different things to increase the mileage on my truck to get it up to the level that diesel had a reputation for. The Airaid and the Nelson did not really help the economy noticeably. But this Smarty thing. WOW! Talk about having your cake and eating it too. I will be expecting 20+ mpg on this next tank.

Now I have my hot rod econo truck! Thanks Larry!

The only things that are going to break on my truck with the smarty are the back tires what do you think about running on #9 with stock clutch I know this is just the begining of the bombing boom.
