Lots of good advice, these guys will steer you in right direction. Do think about whether you will need to pull with your truck in the future. If so, study up on egt's. and yes twins would be best. First Step -- Save a ton of coin.

My numbers were better when I turned my smarty down to #5 tq 4 tm2 rp3, But even at settings 7 and 9 they were in the low 540's. I think maybe the dyno didn't load you maybe because you should have me by 40-50 horse I would think. Did they brake to build boost? was it in sixth? what was your boost? what kind of dyno? when I had mine dynoed it hit 45 psi and on the street it will get to 50psi. My brother could not get his turbo above 40 psi and dynoed 534 but will pull away from me on the street. My guess would be that you didn't get the boost to make the power you should of just like him.

They are said to be around 90-110hp.

Yea it was in 6th gear and was hitting 47lbs of boost. I see 50 on the street some times 53lbs. I turned the boots elbow down for the winter now I am only seeing 43 or so. The Dyno way a Dynojet and said Smoothing:5 on it. I am going to go to the dyno and try the TNT and see what the numbers are. I have tryed it in my truck and it dose not feel as good as the 4.2 beta. For some reason I think my truck is not excepting the programing very well.

IMO its dumb to get a stage 2 when you can get a stage 3 for a hundred or two more and not have to worry about upgrading to a bigger CP3, but if you can find a decent cp3 cheap get it. Twin CP3's are the way to go, unless your pulling and rules dont allow it.

Why chance it? Get studs. And for springs you dont know what shape his are in, or how many miles and how many have been towing. Again why chance especially now that they're cheap.

My old 03 5 speed peaked at 55lbs but hung around 50 or so for the most part for close to 20k miles before the accident and I never had studs. I would have done them eventually, but since I wasn't driving a 6.0 Ford I wasn't too worried. That was with an II SB66.

Maybe we should ask him how much money he has to spend since he asked how to make 600hp but you seem to want to give him advice on spending enough to make 800hp.

Boy you must be heck of a tuner to get 800hp out of what I recommend. And your right the extra 600bucks does get you 800hp, were do you come up with this? Also, how do you know how much money he has. And before you ask I dont, just giving suggestions, for a sense of security. And talk about spending money were not need o-ring heads with a tow twins.
