I Aint Happy!

Ok, well my first Xillerator Module I bought had to send back due to problems.
The commander I bought, the buttons are extremely hard to push and I was
given a person to contact about getting it replaced, emailed him and two weeks later, nada. Well I upgraded and paid the extra 100 bucks to get the race module when they shipped me my replacement. Well, same scenario.
Now I learn I have the Black screen of death on my commander(non heat resistant).

I called and talked to Rurk Friday and told him that I wanted to just send all of my stuff back for a refund because I am tired of problems and no service. I bought it through Larry and he said I may have to send it to Larry.Now Larry called me personally and talked to me when he read my problem post and I must say Larry has been super helpful from start to now and If i ever get my money back I am gonna buy something else throught him.

So Rurk says I will call you back before you leave at 4. I asked him if he needed my cell number just in case and he said no, I will call you before 4.
Well, guess what no call.

Now my 30 days ends on the 27th which is sunday, if I dont get a refund I am gonna be hot.

I am tired of people dropping the ball and I better have something done on monday.

Just from reading your post I would say you may have been, well let's say less than nice on the phone which may have got you the service you got. I have never read anything but good on here about Quad and his people's service.

I had problems with my first Commander and called Roark and had a new one within a week. Anytime I have called and been told one of the techs would call me back they did. I would bet if you keep being demanding you don't get something done by Monday. Good luck.

I was extremely, extremely, nice, but when you fork out over 700 dollars of hard earned money and this is what you get, it tends to tick me off, i dont have a money tree in my back yard.

I have fumed over this since then and the madder i have got.

If someone tells me they are going to do something, do it.

I talked with Roark myself on Friday and they have you in the computer to return your stuff, it IS covered by warranty. Give them a call on Monday to get a return number so you can ship it to them. We will get you a refund as soon as they receive the stuff.

You can quit worrying, everything is going to be just fine

There is a note in the system that they tried to call you and there was no answer? Immediately after that Lary was called to let him know that the tech could not reach you and that there was no problem everything would be handled.

So I guess if you would have been there you would have recieved your call? I guess worse case scenario you could have called back?? Either way the problem is not a problem.

I also sent posted a reply to one of your messages the other day stating that we had no problem refunding you and doing whatever was needed. That was several days ago and that is all you need. If I decide to refund someone money back 3 months later it will happen, fortunately I have a good contact there!

Calm down, eveything is good to go.
