Hydrogen Cell Generator for MPG Increase?
Has any one tries a hydrogen cell generator to increase MPG?

Premier has one that supposedly produces 2-3 liters a minute. He also has a video displaying it on his 2005 Dodge Cummins. Yet he fails to say how much MPG increase he gets, if any.
