i guess that makes sence, worth a shot anyway. i must have made over a dozen calls to shops by now, with no help. surley somone on here nows of somebody that has a bad injector or core of some sort i can get parts from. or know were i can go to get one

 

Did you ever call Brady at Ind. Inj. They would probably fix you up but they might want to sell you nozzles at the same time. IF you find a Bosch repair shop they can help you.... If you are still stuck call DieselFuelSystems.com in Bangor, Maine....not next door but they are a Bosch service center and they are very good at what they do...Tell'em I sent ya... Better not. I smoked out their whole shop when I dynoed.....nice guys. ks

 

Bicycle repair shops normally have a good stock of various diameter small steel *****.

 

I can fix it right up if you like. You could call one of my dealers and explain whats cooking and perhaps make arrangments to get it to me. Just an offer, no pressure.
I dont sell services or parts to anyone other than dealers, but I can fix this thing right up and then fully test it.

went to indy TDI last thursday and they showed to me their blow up of the injector and what they could get. and the top cap was not on there or anything inside of it. just got a call back from Robert-Bosch about ten minutes ago and he said his diagram did not even show that part to give me part numbers. said it looks like i am going to have to puchase the hole unit. as far as everyone else i have talked to say you can get a cor injector for around 150 and that is the way to go. but then they all say they don't have any or know were to get one. go figure, still need help though got a call about my tips today and they are done and being mailed back to me tommorrow morning. so i figured i got till thursday to figure something out because it is really going to stink to have those bigger injectors in my hands and not be able to run the truck.

 

Don M if you can let me know who to contact to do this the right way give me a number or website. i would be interested in doing thatadn would like to know the price and all that too.
