Hp Upgrades And Gauges
Hp Upgrades And Gauges
Hello, i have an 05 cummins and am going to pull my 35 foot toyhauler with 2 harleys from Ga to Yellowstone this summer. I need abit more horsepower and was looking at the "edge with attitude" chip and digital gauges.
I like the idea of not having to mount seperate gauges and i was wondering if anyone has used this or any others like it?
All help appreciated.
Regards, Roger

Welcome to DTR!! I have a friend with an 04 6speed that has the edge w/att on it and he loves it. He's had it a couple months and so far hasn't told me of any problems. What transmission do you have in your truck? If an automatic transmissoin is only good to 80 or so extra hp so thats something to remember.
Thanks guys,i didnt realize that the automatic limited it to 80hp but in reality thats all i would need. I have been advised that "quadzilla tow box" is a great deal for the money, but then i would have to install gauges.
Along those lines who makes the best pillar setup? Thanks for the help, Roger

Do the Edge/Attitude, the fact that you can adjust the power while cruising is great. The gauges on it or pretty dead on, I check them with my Isspro gauges and they run pretty much right together. The pillar mount gauges sure look good in the truck.
