How much to get injectors cleaned?
Im in the position where i could probably take my injectors out at school and get them cleaned etc.. I would just need new o_rings then for the tubes and injectors and maybe a valve cover gasket right?
But im also thinking of adding new tips in the fall like say 50HP ones. i want to just have added fuel mileage/power for towing I dont race ever. So would I benefit more from cleaning my stock ones, getting entirely new injectors or just the tips? and if so what name brand or HP type? 50/100/150HP what is better for fuel mileage/towing.
PS in fall im adding either a FASS or AIRDOG to my truck

I just sent mine off to Don M to get new tips installed and to have the bad ones rebuilt (supposedly I have 5 bad). he is gonna do it all for $1880. the tips alone cost me about $1,100 and the inspection/fixing of each injector is gonna run about 125 per. the whole shabang is pretty spendy, but its still cheaper then stockers, and the knowledge that I will have some pretty bomb proof injectors is worth it.

F1 stands for "formula one" diesel

they are the flux stix, but not just the flux one (I actually just ordered the 1's). any other problems with the truck? cold start issues? white smoke?

flux one is the cheapest I think, and if you get the flux's you get the cheap injector overhaul as well (125 per injector). but yeah, I dont pull or race either, so I just went with the 1's. they add an extra 40 HP. he has these as well:

the mach injectors, but I dont think he will rebuild your injectors if you just buy these.
to order them, you have to call one of his distributors, and they will set you up.
