Hey bud,

Sorry you broke it, Dave is definately the best out there for follow up. However, you should be way faster than that...I am running stock everything but intake and trans. My time the other night was a 13.8 @ 97 with a 1.86 60. I am running the 4.4 and have to push it to get over 1400-1500*

Daves customer service is definately the best there is. When I sold my 05 I pulled his tranny out to sell since my 07 is a G56. And when I sold it, the guy that bought it needed it switched from 4wd to 2wd. Dave paid for shipping, switched it over for free, then took care of the guy that bought it really well. If I ever buy another automatic it will definately be from him

Yea the customer service is the best...Can't way enough good things about him, he over nighted me a new shaft and gave me his cell number if I had any questions The turbo is nice...The whistle is pretty cool, It did add a little power but not as much as i thought it would. It does a decent job at cooling. Not sure if my truck is running out of fuel or not but I think i should be faster than what i am...If i had to do it again i think i might have kept the stocker and just went with stocker/s400. But I may not have the mods to really benefit from the turbo? Hope this helps. Oh yea boost is 50 psi

Hey Mike,

Sorry to hear about your trans, but glad Dave is taking care of you. Dave is a great guy.

I think you need more fuel to see a major hp gain from that charger.

At little while ago I had similar fueling to what your truck has now. I went from a stock charger to a HTT 64/71/13ss and only picked up 20hp (from 440's to 460's). When i added more fuel, that 64 made 670+hp. Your 62 should still have a lot left in it.

Also, I'm curious... How are your egt's if you turn the tst down? I know on my truck the tst's duration really increases egt's A LOT.

Thanks,

Chris

Chris, Yea Dave is a great guy! Recommend him to anyone! If i run just the tnt on 9 egts are around 1300-1350* at the end of the 1/4. Your right though, you add the tst in and the egts jump quick The turbo does pretty good, I'll put some injectors in someday, as of right now It is pretty fast and once the turbo lights it does pull hard.
