Cool Hit the track

Well I got to lay down some times was a bit disapointing but all things considering wasnt to bad.

1.982 / 60
5.598 / 330
8.648 / 1/8
11.314 / 1000
13.573 / 1/4 @ 99.63 mph

Looks like I need to find some top end power.

Dont get me wrong! I was really just hoping for a bit more. I did beat a guy in a 06 with Smarty Revo, a 66 and small stix and HTS tranny. I also ran simular to slightly better times to the 330' mark then a guy with a moded Dmax that was laying down 12.7's. I am still working on trying to break into the 12's on stock turbo and CP3. I wanted to make it on stock sticks to but not sure I can get there.

18psi launch and the lift pump was done by Relentless he uses the same pump as the Glacier just his own kit to install. I have had it below 1/8 of a tank and no problems.

Yeah man get you gear ratio down and you should shave some time. Nice meeting you and we will have to run against each other next time grudge match style Smarty vs BD lol. Your truck looks awsome to say the least its a real head turner!

Yes crownsey54 I did have to cut the shell to install the grill.

Is the Dr P box a fuel pressure only box? How is it for stacking?

I am told its pressure and BFing. The BDTD with out the Dr.P gives 457 hp when I stack the Dr.P I spit out 504 hp. I only run the Dr.P when on the Dyno and at the Track as when I stack it my Milage takes a major dump.

Those numbers are pretty good for a stock turbo and stock sticks. A Smarty would have you in the low 13's.

You're really going to have to abuse your truck badly to get it in the 12's on stock sticks/turbo. IMO it just doesn't seem worthwhile to trash a nice truck just so you can say you did it once or twice. Even if you do break into the 12's at the track, you probably won't be able to drive around on the street at that power level. To me it makes more sense to build it right so you can actually have a 12 second truck all the time.
