Thumbs up High Tech Truss

At the speeds the 3" kings allow me to travel through heinous terrain I felt the need to go big in the Truss department. After discussing it with Sage and Mike at Carli Suspension they knew exactly how to take it to the next level Mike makes his work not only bullet proof but a work of art as well.

The truck in the background is The Carli Racing Desert truck under construction. It has 4" king bypass in the front along with 3"kings in the spring towers. The rear springs are a very impressive sight as well along with the 4" rear shocks.Maybe I can sneak a couple of shots.

SUPER clean AND very unique!!!!

Is Mike going to throw a plate under the bottom of the housing too? There are huge forces there now with all the load tranfered to that spot, instead of through the tubes..

I was thinking the same thing. It'll cut down the amount of clearance but I think I'd seriously consider it. Those tubes definitely aren't the weak link any more!

bob,

Is that one of the new OEM housings he's working with? Sage and Mike had said something about doing them on an exchange basis.....

Gotta get down and see those guys this week.
