I'll just have duals one behind the rear tires and one infront. I have'nt seen a Cummins with the exhaust infront of the tires, but one of the guys on my rodeo team had a 99 F-250(converted to 450) with the exhaust infront, it sounded like a train, I bet the cummins would sound better. Mine won't sound as good as someone with a 4" exhaust all the way from the turbo through the tip; mine will be 3.5" through the dump and probably 3" to the 4" to 5" tip (My exhaust guy can only bend 3").
I think I'll change the name to Operation Sound Sleeper. It'll sound stock when I want it to. This will also play into Operation Market Garden (no not Hitlers plans) My marketing stategy for my company.

Well all of the parts are here, now I just have to get my welder guys schedule and mine together on the same page. Usually I'm the one gone to a roping, I guess it was his turn.

I don't think it would be that hard to run a wire through the shifter boot...
But I had a 99 with exhaust in front of the wheel. LOUD. Especiallt since my muffler and resonator wer elsewhere. But sounded awesome.

It's loud, but I wouldn't mind louder with a 4" downpipe and 5" straightpipe.
With a few mods about to take place, I am thinking the soot factor will be an issue soon.

whooo whooo. I just dropped my truck off at my exhaust guy's place. I should have it tommorow. He has some incentive to get it done quickly since he is going to be taking it to work instead of his truck. When I drive it I'll give a breakdown of it.

Well it's part done, got the muffler on. The cut out should be done next week. Ther truck sure is quiet now, and it drives good. I can run through the rpm without hesitation. Before when I hit 2300 it was loud enough to make me back off. The boost seems to be higher without the muffler.
