Hi folks.. i got my hand on a star scan and also a mobile star scan. if anyone knows how to use them it could be very helpfull. would like to have the exhaust brake come on on all rpm levels.. anyone chime in if they know... thanks...

 

With the StarMobile if the truck software does not have that already written you will not be able to adjust the e-brake. It views menus and basically turns options on and off. It is not a programmer.
