Just tried to load Smarty onto my 04 and for some reason it interupted and now it will not complete the reboot....I go through the steps after the > to reboot...it gets to 0% programming and it does an ERROR COMM.TIME OUT.....I email Mads assistance but it is a long weekend and I was just heading out for the week and now I'm fricked. Any assistance would be great...thanks, Kerry

 

is your trucks battery fully charged ? if you have an aftermarket lft pump, pull the fuse for it while trying the update, smaryt needs to see full battery pwr to do the update, a fuel pump running could be all it takes for it to dip down and stop the process mid flash.

 

Thanks Guys, Stefano got back to me in 6 minutes and Bob in about a half an hour....I pulled every fuse and followed their suggestions but I think the problem was a bad power connection on my truck....I found the sweet spot and loaded'r up....Mads has the absolute fastest and best customer support for downloaders....thanks guys, Kerry
