help i am out of ideas

i am in need of some help. My truck is giving me fits. It runs fine, until you try to get on it, then it falls on its face. I took it to the my buddy at the dealership and he put it on the computer and rail pressure is fine. so then we thought bad fuel but not after 3 tanks. but when it falls it will smoke black then at higher speeds it will be white. Any ideas will be helpful. oh and no codes.

did you check the flow return rate of the injectors and did you test rail pressure when it was action up?? maybe a relief valve is weak and opening up at low pressures

Sounds like you have a bad injector with that black, then white smoke. Better get it diagnosed and hope you haven't melted a piston.

I agree would need to kluge a way to apply pressure the the turbo plumbing and see if you have a leak over certain psi. Of course you could check and tighten all boost plumbing and see if that helps. Could also be a stuck wastegate solenoid also.
