Head-to-head,.... SMARTY Beta 4 VS Scary Larry VS VanAaken C5

Has anyone been fortunate enough to run all of the above? When put head-to-head,... which appears to be the strongest unit of the three? Not interested in your SOTP observation but rather quantifiable data from the strip &/or dyno.

If you have tried at least two of these then please post your observations.

Tks.

I have got some more results back from Marcos latest program. The Smarty passed the Scary Larry on my truck. When we first tested, the standard Crazy Larry and Smarty were equal with the Scary Lary cranking out a additional 34hp. The new hot version of the Smarty has passed the Scary Larry by 11hp. These tests are on the same dyno, just changing the downloader. I can drive it on the lower levels on the smarty on the street but have to be careful of smoke with the 5s in my truck. Should be released to the public soon. Tim

wait wait.. MArco also replied to that post and said that on that Beta progrma where Tim was using #9 the hottest version was on #7 by mistake... so that might possibly mean that it will be more than 11 more than scary larry...

Correct. I finally found a Bullydog engineer that would talk about the Scary Larry....he said 05 only since thats the only year it was designed for. and before anyone asks, i don't remember what his name was.

Compare

I guess what we need is someone who has an '05 that has tried all three and that has REAL data. Maybe Timinva or KingD.

Jess,

My thoughts exactly. Point A to Point B,... head to head on the same day/night on the same truck on the same track. That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!!!
