The cheapest box wins first assuming all three gain mileage. If you have a heavy foot, the lowest fueling box will then win second, and after that, if you're talking long term, the best box will win.

I don't know which box advances the timing the most, but I imagine that all three will advance the timing which is generally the source of improved mileage.
