Have you noticed?

This might not be the right section for this but have any of you noticed since getting your diesel how many people seem to want run you from the light? I've had mine for three weeks now and it seems like every time I go to town at night some teen wants to run from light to light. This never happened when I had my z-71. Even had a new model gt mustang doing a running road block on me coming into town. Go figure.

Well for me it is opposite, I think people are starting to understand that diesels are not what they used to be. Ive tried popping frwrd at lights, short bursts of smoke, I did get my stubborn, hard headed neighbor to finally run me with his 69 mach 1. Even boiling both tires for 50+ feet ( edge on stage 5) smoked him in opprox. the 1/8 mile by 4 car lengths, and when we got back to the house the only thing he had to say was." WOW I THOUGHT YOU WOULD BEET ME WORSE THAN THAT" some people will never learn." Real trucks dont use spark plugs!"

Nope, I haven't gotten that either...I have to be the one that shows "interest" at the light for the guy next to me to respond....I wish they would initiate more often

I dont get it as often as I would like. I raced an f150 one night from the light onto the highway and smoked him up to 80, when I got onto the highway I backed down to 60 and a little infinity sports car( the 300z type) pulled up and punched it so I punched it with him and took him by about 5 car lengths up to 110 when I had to exit. This was late at night with no other traffic around. I would like to get it more often but I dont. I like being able to switch levels on the fly for sure. Makes it easier to pull up.

not so much at lights, but when you go in somewhere. Got some diesel at the station i always go to last week and someone with a hemi that had headers and a superchips was in there and said he would race for 50 bucks. I was putting like 747 lengths on the guy in the race
