Has anyone else cracked an injector while running a Quadzilla std box?

he was running DonM injectors...so it didnt fix the problem

No I was not running Don M injectors. i had my sytock ones honed at DDP.

No, honing stock nozzles does nothing to help the strength. Cross sectioning a stock, not honed or modified in any way, CR injector nozzle from Bosch will reveal the inside surfaces are very smooth from the factory. Very smooth indeed. There are no stress risers to begin with and nothing is improved strength wise from honing them. This information was falsely spread around a few months back.
