Do a search. DTR user Hoot wrote an article on it. I had mine done, but don't remember what size (something like 4.88 inches, but not sure). You will also need to shave about 3/4" off of the center cap if you want to use the dodge ones. Otherwise, they'll stick way out. That price is good even without tires. If you have a hummer dealer near you, try to get them with rims and tires from him, unless you don't like the BFG AT's. Those tires will cost nearly $300 ea new. Good luck.

I have done quite a few Hummer converts. (I currently have two sets for sale) To get the hummer caps to fit in a way that remotely works good yu have to recreate the cap with a ring around it. it doesnt look good in my opinion. And is also a pain in the ***. It is more or less what we call "rigging"

Hummer caps don't look good on our trucks. I had the fronts on for a day or so while I was looking for Dodge caps to modify. I destroyed 2 Hummer caps trying to open the hole up. There's a guy here who has just put 2 sets of lugnuts on his truck and the cap attaches to the second set without modification. The second set doesn't grab too many threads so you may want to put some loctite on them......
Here's mine with the chrome H2s. I think $280.00 for the standard H2s is high unless they have tires on them. I'd pay that for the chromes only. I've seen the regular ones go for $150.00...

I just put a 2nd set of lugnuts w/some locktite on mine. They look good in my opinion. I'll take some pics of the truck with the caps on and post them for you this afternoon.

Honestly, who's going to be looking that close to your wheels anyways? The caps I had on my old rims weren't perfect but nobody ever noticed. People tend to look at the whole wheel instead of just your caps. Yes, the Dodge caps look very nice on the H2 rims too....

There is a "slight" gap between the cap and the wheel. However, you will probably be the only person to notice it. I'll take a pic of it this evening, and get it posted by the morning so you can see the wheel, and a close up of the gap. If you spent some time and shopped around, you could probably find a lugnut that would be the perfect size to eliminate the gap. All in all, the dodge caps look great on it.

You can look at my gallery. I have the extra lug nuts on mine. I'm going to trim mine someday...when I have time.
