My truck has 3 months left on the warranty. Should I take it in to the dealer so they can put a new gov. pressure solenoid in it to hopefully get rid of the shuttle shift at light throttle or just not do that and put the transgo shift kit in it? I will be doing the shift kit in the next couple of months. Will the new solenoid be worth it or not? The dealer is also putting in new steering components since I complained about death wobble. They say that the kit also includes a new pittman arm.

 

I'd take it in....shift kit wont offset a junk pressure solenoid....

 

I was told by DTT to have the gov pres sol and throttle pos sensor replaced before i intstalled the shift enhanser. Both of them prob need replaced.
