As several people have stated all ready, "check you tranny oil properly". At this point it really doesn't matter how much oil you "bought" or how much someone "told" you to put in. Check it when at operating temp and if low....add more. Your problem just might get solved.........

Good point. Maybe even the TV cable is so far out that as soon as you accelerate, it shifts to second then to third that fast.
Ya i talked with dave today and we got it figured out. Hes sending me a new governor pressure solenoid sensor and it should be in tomorrow. He said thats what he thinks it is. I checked the fluid and it was a little below the ok mark but not at the add mark. I added a little and still no change. Its not shifting down into 1st when I stop. It just stays in 3rd
Thats exactly whats goin on. I figured that out last night after I posted this. Then I talked to dave today and we got it figured out
I got it fixed. Its was just the pressure sensor. Ya dave told me even though it was brand new they fail all the time. Ya we figured it out my doin the manual shift test. But anyway, its fixed and now I love it. It shifts awesome and makes my truck feel way better
