I think I'm in need of a good trans shop. I've had my governor pressure solenoid replaced by the dealer a couple of times, and the 1-2 hunting is back with a vengance . I don't want to replace it with the same old part just to have it fail again in a year or two. I want to have it fixed for good - whether that means a new valve body, TC, or a whole new trans. I just don't want to get ripped off.

I am looking at doing a Goerend trans, but haven't been able to get hold of him to see if there are any installers in or near the Boise area.

Any suggests would be greatly appreciated!!!

 

I have a very good friend that is a tranny/converter builder in Nampa. he has been doing coverters for Dave @ ultimate also. if you would like i can PM you his number.
