well its hard to say. people go by kelly blue book and thats way overrated in my opinion. if that was a low mileage truck it would bring mid to high 20s. the truck looks like it just needs cleaned to me. my buddy wants 18k for his 2001 so around 20k for an 2004 I dont think is bad at all
