glacier diesel big line kit

what do you guys think of this kit as a starting mod to add later with programmer and lift pump kit

Lose that restrictive line from the fuel filter housing to the injection pump and let your fuel system flow at it's full potential! The GDP Big Line Kit is an excellent addition to our GFS Performance fuel systems. Gain 2-3 psi right where you need it, at the injection pump inlet!

The trick to getting it over the barbs is soaking the end of the hose in HOT,HOT water berfore putting it over the barbs. Learned that from the Glacier folks after struggling for hours trying to get the hoses all the way on.

we microwaved a coffee cup of water boiling hot, and put hose in that, then over barbs.

pictures somewhere in that jumble in my sig links, we put one in Mad's truck.

his did not come with the Fuel filter adapter, though, ??
so we had to leave the stock lift pump on, and push through it.

he had around 25 psi last time i rode in it.

For those of you that did the install yourself on the MK-2 + Big Line Kit, how much time did it take to install it and how hard was it?

It's really easy, just a bolt on affair. I probably spent two hours on it, which means a good wrench can do it in one.

No. I'm running mine without a lift pump upgrade.
