Anybody have any idea if a gear driven cp3 pump could be used in a twin pump kit if I take the gear off. I am guessing it should be the same dimension wise. The shaft, I am guessing, is the same size as a stock cp3 so the pulley should be able to be installed. The pump originally came off of a military 6.7 cummins and was gear driven off the front cover.
Also, suggestions on were I should send this thing to get it checked out before I sink money into a twin kit only to find out the pump is shot.
