I hope these posts aren't perceived as clutter -- Here is the 3/11/04 revision that has corrected the VA box descriptions. I've also re-arranged the matrix and categorized the boxes by their power enhancement method rather than their hookup method. So the there are only three types: pressure, pressure/timing, and timing/duration.
