Fuel Psi?
As some may know I have recently insatlled a Quad std 30-60-100hp chip and love it. The only downfall I have so far is that with the box on 60hp or 100hp I can run the fuel psi down to 0. What kind of damage can be done to the fuel system if I run the psi down that low? Of course it only goes down that low when I am "in it", but for how long/how amny times can this be done before carnage sets it? I am looking into getting a FASS set-up eventually, but would like to have an idea in the mean time.
Also does anybody with a fuel psi gauge see that same problems with the SAMRTY? I know that Quad depends on psi to make power does the SAMRTY demand the same from the fuel system?

I saw the same problem when using my TST-R49 even on the lower settings. Stock press was 8-10 and I could pull it to 0 on WOT on level 3. I added a GDP-392 w/2 micron filter and took care of it. Fass would solve the same thing for more money and a lot noisier. The GDP kit was easy to install and has worked out great for me. I had searched around and found many threads about the fuel pumps. Many Fass users had switched to GDP. Choose what you want but I would read around before you buy anything. I also would not run your current setup to 0. The CP3 is lubricated from your fuel and if your start running it dry you could cause problems with the CP3. I have not personally heard of any but most people I know have added pumps. I do not know anyone that has ran that way knowingly for long.

If you run your fuel pressure down to 0, it will make the fuel pump overheat, causing the fp to fail, and then it will trash your injection pump. Very costly. I also have a Walbro 392, and my FP stays in the 20's on WOT.
If you run your fuel pressure down to 0, you are asking for trouble.

I too have a similar situation. I have been eyeing a GDP 392 setup, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. With my XZT module, the Commander will show the fuel pressure dropping to 0 fairly easily, but the rail pressure will still maintain up to 29,000 psi. I would expect the rail pressure to drop also, but have never seen it happen yet. Is the CP3 not running dry if it is still able to maintain full rail pressure? Thanks...
