Where are you guys tapping in to the common rail system to get your fuel pressure reading at your gauge? And whats the best location again for the pyro?

 

I used the banjo bolt included in the fuel pressure gauge installation kit that I bought from Diesel Performance Shops. The location I used is where the line from the fuel filter canister goes into the CP3 pump. It's right on top of the pump and there's a pic of it in my gallery. The line going from here to the isolator is a bright blue hose so you should be able to see it all right in the pic.
I'm not sure what the "best" location for the pyro probe would be. As long as you're pre-turbo, you should be fine. I think I've read that the aftermost 2 cylinders run a little hotter than the others. That being said, I tapped into the manifold at about cylinder number 3. It was the easiest place to get to without a right-angle drill. There's also a pic of this in my gallery.
