Question Front steering box is leaking

Anyone else have this problem. I am taking it in monday to the Dealer but I didn't know what could cause the problem in the first place, the truck only has 3k miles on it.

have you looked to see where it was leaking from? i thought that it was a seal or something on the pump cause it was sprayin every where. i got my friend to turn the wheel while i looked and it was a pinhole leak in one of the lines. got a new hose and put iton.

Do a search on this site, you will be able to find more information about it.

Mine leaked as well until they replaced the steering pump with a new one, so far so good.

Yup, I just got mine fixed on monday. It was a worn out seal and also the shaft! They fixed and replaced for free. Gotta love the 7 year
